Why did they have to stomp out her flame/ She's never going to be the same/ Out of frustration she resorted to crime/ The cops caught her, so now she's doing time/ What used to be a promising life now is done/ This is a fate you wouldn't wish on anyone/ It was a small crime so she got out fast/ But everyone knew he wouldn't last/ Within a week she was at it again/ All of this was to hide her growing pain/ In prison she was forced to reflect on her life/ Debating whether or not to use the knife/ They were forced to commit her/ So she could get herself together/ Nothing came from her cell for a while/ The staff checked it while they were in that aisle/ They came upon a really horrifying sight/ She had ended it during the night/ When they got there she'd already died/ The coroner said it was suicide/
