how is it i feel
for something i could not know,
i'd give my life
for something that won't show

barely past first name
still i'm hooked on you,
five minutes past,
but i feel like i grew

so new yet special,
you're something to see
beautiful past knowledge
and you're standing near me

scary it seems
that things move so fast
i may be falling behind,
i don't feel like i'm in last

you smile with pride,
you laugh with emotion
what's said is doned,
lets put these feelings to motion
