Random Poem

The tide has left my silver shores,
A cloud has covered my sun,
And I am left to lie upon
The cold,dead sand.
The stars cannot be seen from where I am,
They have been plucked from the sky,
And the darkness is overwhelming me
Since no one cans save me now.

Why isn't the moon rising now?
Why is the darkness oppressing?
Shouldn't I be free to walk away,
Or at least restore myself?
The only way I can ever leave
Is by letting the blood flow down my wrists,
Flesh torn by my teeth,
Slowly tearing myself apart.

Sand sticks to my skin, mixed with blood,
How I wish the light would come back!
Yet then he would see me as I am,
And I would never want that.
The sun will never shine again,
The tide will not come back,
For the only one who could save me now,
Is lying beneath the waves.
