Finally alive
To spread our arms
Like feathery wings
To lift us up to heaven
Like angels, we'll fly
Side by side.
Stroke the scars on my wrists
While I kiss the bruises
From your strong back,
Just don't look down and fall,
Please stay in my arms.
I'm enveloped in bliss as I
Stare into your eyes
For the first time.
We don't have to hide in the
Dark anymore, we can sing
In the Light.
While my laughter fills the
Still air from your
Whisperings, your lips brush
My ear and I hold you
Closer, wishing I could melt into
You, become part of you,
So that you will never leave me again.
