Random Poem


Living one single day is a burden to bear
Every effort I do, it's pointless I swear
Every breath that I breathe comes out as a curse
All the words I've said, I wish I could reverse
Every step that I take, is a mistake I do
All the joy expected, they turn out untrue
Everywhere that I look, everything that I see
Lust dwells into my heart and my flesh says "Let it be"
Everything that I touch is only for my pleasure
But when I Think about it, it's something I don't treasure
And everywhere I go, I can't seem to know
How to find a joy, but go with the flow
What's the point in life if you can't find satisfaction?
I thought I'd be happy if I found some affection
Truth is truth and I won't tell a lie
Happiness won't come no matter how hard you try
When I go through my troubles, no one seems to care
No one wants to listen, so I choose not to share
But every time I pray, I feel a little bit better
With a smile on my face and my eyes feeling wetter
Why do I smile when it comes to prayer?
Whoever I'm talking to, don't be a betrayer
Cause I've never felt this joy when I've taken a knee
And open my eyes and feel that I'm free.

Haivian: Hey... Since the starting point I was totally into you're work, I got to say nice title, everything fits nothing random well said or should I say written. I can also relate to this in numerous ways.My favorite lines where the 2 first. Awesome Poem. =)
