Whisper in my ear,
Your sweet lulliby,
Tuck me in at night,
And tell me not to cry,
Tomorrow you'll be waiting,
For me to return,
Coming out of dreamland,
Oh, when will I learn,
Your smile lights my world,
Such a place of darkness,
Your laugh frees my mind,
Such a place so thoughtless,
Youre all I truly want,
Youre the only one that matters,
Then you disappear,
And my whole world shatters,
Why'd you have to go,
Was I really all that bad,
Why'd you have to disappear,
And leave me here so sad,
I felt it all break,
The cracks within my heart,
The moment that I leaned you left,
It all just fell apart,
I close my eyes so slowly,
And wait to hear your voice,
You left me so suddenly,
But hey, that was your choice,
And now I sit here dead,
Waiting for your sweet lulliby,
To come put me to bed.
