When you need comfort,
Put your hand in mine,
I'll warm your heart, and chase away,
The fears and doubts in your mind.

When you need a friend,
I'll listen, I'm all ears,
I'll help you any way I can,
I'll be your personal cure.

When you need a smile,
I'll turn my lips up for you,
I will show my teeth and light my eyes,
To make you smile too.

When you need a lover,
I'll wrap my arms around your waist,
I'll love and hold you, kiss your lips,
With sweet, pure tenderness.

When you need to laugh,
I'll joke, I'll be your jester,
And when the sound escapes your mouth,
I'll know there's nothing better.

When you need solitude,
I'll leave you to your thoughts,
But I won't be too far away,
I'll let you call the shots.

If your feeling sick,
Which happens now and then,
I'll be your magic pill,
To give you health again.

While you lay sleeping,
I'll softly stroke your hair,
I'll trace you eyes, nose and lips,
And listen as your lungs fill with air.

I want to help, be your savior,
Adapt to take care of your needs,
I want to be the one you favor,
The one who will your words heed.

As I sit with you,
Your arms holding me tight,
I know we are each other's support,
Love never felt so right,
And I know I've never felt so at peace,
As I do with you tonight.

You're always there for me,
I'm always here for you,
I'll always love and care for you,
And I know you love me too.
