away she went
to find herself
the walls, they slipped away
her pain of flesh
had gone so far,
i watched it everyday
the padded room
they put her in,
it seemed to do no good
in the center,
blankly staring
this is where she stood
she slipped into her mind
and fell
those secrets she
could never tell
things and dreams
they went away
i miss that woman
everyday
