I’d like to ride through unknown suburbs
Six months before my birthday
Watch skinny girls run with all their might
Reflect on being robbed
In the bicyclist lane, feeling the pangs
And the burning crust they call my arms
Back bent low, ridges of the spine
Visible to buzzards’ carnage
Knowing not the laws of traffic
Fallen to eighteen wheelers beyond
My comprehension meddled a bit
By boys on the side I think I’d know
Can’t we be remembered for
The juice in our melons, cerebrums strong?
Going so far, kicking the calling
To wreck her bike in your driveway

QhBaRrElChIc: For me this was very refreshing, because it made me think about something I probably never would. Like the cyclist's we sometimes yell at but never think to try and see what it's like in there shoes. Also brings out a lot of different emotions that cover a lot of different issues. At least that's what I think or believe... None the less excellant job! on July 22, 2006 1:25 AM
