lights to the world
and the salt of the earth
both boy and girl
begin as sinners from birth
were all called to live a life
with a selflessness so pure
to bear the image of Jesus Christ
and to evil be the cure
yet of true glory all fall short
though it's no reason to justify
not trying to be more
more than always meets the eye
because deep calls unto deep
what deeper love is there
than your trust be his to keep
and his love be yours to share
