Random Poem

They’re not just on the beaches…
Or made by the boats on lakes
But they’re in my heart tonight
No way I’m putting on the breaks

It started with huge heartbreak
Simply put: Women and knees
That first month was such a hell
But oh, there was that summer breeze

Meetin her for the first time, again
Returning to my winter heaven
Now training for trials soon to come
I’m staying up well past eleven

Great days are now soon to come
Future classes closing in
Peddling hard on my sides
Maybe her and I begin
Oh, those great summer tides!!!

Bubbles008: I really enjoyed this poem, it's different from many others that I have read (In a good way). I like the word choice, however, you may want to read your poem again and make sure that some patterns with lines and syllables do not dissrupt the flow. Overall, great work, and keep it up. ~ Ashley
