Random Poem

My eyes are getting heavy,
The load too much to bear,
With every moment i become weaker,
All you do is stare.

Our precious memories fading,
Fast as day to night,
Why wont I let me smile?
Why wont I let me sing?

The only thing ever to hold me back
Is actually me myself,
I think it is all way to hard
I put the books back on the shelf.

When will I learn to love,
Learn to smile and sing?
When will I learn to soar,
Learn to spread my wings?

Someday Id like to fly away,
Away from hurt, away from pain.
Then maybe, just maybe,
My confidence I could regain
