you are like the prize
at the bottom of the bag
i could write books 'bout your eyes
and with pictures fill a mag

the meaning of your words
they fertilize my soul
and they help to heal the hurt
so as a person i may grow

i've never had a talk
like ours that was as deep
but just maybe on a walk
you'd win my heart to keep

but it's inside your words
that i find peace of mind
and if our talk had not occurred
i would of missed a lot of life

my story is one of sadness
but cry not a tear for me
just fill my heart with gladness
so i can love you happily

in commom we have lists
that could skretch a mile long
our opinions are like fists
backed with biceps twice as strong

i now welcome you
onto the iceberg of my life
look around, be true
and you might find someone you like
